2009 ARBA Nationals!

This will be the first year that I have attended a national show. I will be taking rabbits to show and I along with my brother and 3 other members of our 4H club will be competing in the youth royalty competition. We formed a new club, the Idaho Gems Youth Rabbit and Cavy Club! This is the first time that youth from Idaho have competed! We are very excited to attend and we are looking forward to November!

We all had a great time at our first ARBA convention! It was amazing to see all of those rabbits and cavies. Especially the breeds and varieties that we don't see in Southern Idaho.

As far as royalty everyone did a great job for the first year 4 out of the 5 members of the Idaho Gems Youth Rabbit and Cavy Club were called back for interviews. I placed 2nd runner up for Sr. breed id and Janessa Kluth placed 3rd runner up in Jr. team judging.

We are all planning on going to Minneapolis next year!
